- The Intercom system operates as a stand-alone intercom with no requirement for Wi-Fi connection and Mobile App service.
Push notifications are only provided as an optional service due to possible network restrictions.
- For Wi-Fi App connectivity the system requires a quality internet and Wi-Fi connection at the monitor location.
Speeds greater than 1.2 Mbps upload are recommended for quality and reliability.
- Many ISP providers restrict some activity within router/modems, and network issues may occur. If there is blocks or restrictions between the network providers and the service, these may not be able to be removed, Dorani bears no responsibility for connection problems based on 3rd party equipment.
- Warranty does not apply in the event that reliability issues are 3rd party related, as these are out of Dorani control. Warranty will only be provided for faulty goods, return to base testing is required for ALL warranty claims.
